We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into the café, except for baby formula or baby food. Only food and drinks purchased in the café may be consumed on-site.
Yes, prams are welcome, but space is limited. We can accommodate a set number of prams per session, and if yours is foldable, it would help save space. If your child is a toddler, leaving the pram in the car would be appreciated to avoid inconvenience.
The nearest parking is located behind Ojas Play Café in Fentiman Car Park. Other nearby areas offer limited-time free parking within walking distance.

We do not accept walk-ins, as this helps ensure the safety and comfort of all children attending. If a session has already started and there is still availability, you are welcome to book online and enter.
If you need to cancel due to illness or a change of plans, we can reschedule your booking for another available date and time. Please make sure to cancel at least 2 hours before the session starts.
Older siblings are welcome to attend with younger siblings; however, only children aged 0-5 may use the play areas. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all children in the designated zones.
No, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while at Ojas Play Café.
You can cancel your party booking, but please note that the £150 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the event, any additional payments will be refunded. For cancellations within 2 weeks of the party, no refunds will be issued. However, if we have availability, we can reschedule your party to a different date. Please email us to cancel or reschedule.
As we operate an online booking system, all payments are processed electronically. To minimise the risks associated with handling cash, we do not accept cash payments at the café.
To maintain a clean and safe environment, we kindly ask that shoes be removed and stored during your visit. Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons.
